Paid pilots, subscriptions and advisory services are subject to a separate agreement accepted before the service begins. That agreement defines, as applicable:

Confidentiality and intellectual property.
Customer data handling and processing responsibilities.
Support and service commitments.
Data export, return and deletion.
Liability and dispute resolution.
Access for evaluation does not, by itself, authorise resale, sublicensing, third-party client demonstrations or public disclosure of non-public product information. Any such use requires agreement with CultureConseil.
These website terms do not amend an existing signed agreement.
